GENITEC was founded in Taiwan in 1993 as a research and development center; in 2002, it established a branch in Dongguan (which became a subsidiary in 2013) responsible for global market sales and after-sales technical training services; in 2003, it purchased nearly 20 acres of land in Zhejiang to build a 20,000㎡ modern industrial plant responsible for equipment installation and production; and in 2020, it established a subsidiary in Suzhou.

Focusing on the PCB/FPC separation field, its main products include milling V-score depanelers, laser depanelers, V-groove depanelers, stamping depanelers, as well as automated front and back depaneling loading/unloading and palletizing solutions. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales, and service.

GENITEC provides complete line equipment services for global and Chinese top 500 companies such as Foxconn, Flextronics, State Grid, Luxshare, Compal, Wistron, Bosch, China Electronics, Quanta, CRRC, China Aerospace, OPPO, and ZTE, as well as for small and medium-sized enterprises. Its depaneling line equipment is extensively applied in factories both domestically and abroad.

The company has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system certifications, holds CE certification, and has more than a hundred hardware and software patents. In China, it has two modern factories with a combined area of over 26,000㎡, service points in nine cities nationwide, and after-sales coverage across the country.
